  • How can I setup my shipping?

    Log in as a seller > go to settings > shipping configuration



    Enable Seller Standard Shipping



    Then click “SET AS DEFAULT”


    Click “For all products (old and new) then click “Save”


    Click “Range Detail”


    Click “Add New Range”

    Choose if you want to set shipping based on price or weight. We have chosen the weight.


    Enter your weight range and then “SAVE”


    The shipping range will appear after saving.

    You can click “Add New Range” and the add more weight ranges and then save.



    Next Step > Click “VIEW SHIPPING”


    Click on Step 02 “Click here”


    Select Country. You can ship to as many countries as you want. We will choose South Africa


    You can add the shipping fees for the different provinces and then click “SAVE”

    To speed up the shipping, you can select all “states” then add the shipping rates to auto-fill all the states. Remember to “SAVE” 


    After you save. You can see the country.

    That is it! You can then repeat the steps for other countries if you ship to them.

  • How do I become a seller?

    First, set up a Zasttra seller account on We'll take up to 48 working hours to approve your account but you want to ensure that you have put down a reliable courier if you have chosen fulfillment by seller. While you wait, feel free to set a customer account and accept marketing as this will allow you to see all the exciting promotions that you will be able to take part in as a registered seller.

    Gather your merchandise and, if you can, pack them up into individual boxes. Sign in at Zasttra Seller Zone and go to the Product List from your dashboard by selecting 'Product'. Choose to ‘Add Product’. After adding some product descriptors and high-quality items, these will go through the approval process. Be sure to contact us to get involved with Zasttra Advertising and promotions. 

    And, just like that, now you can start selling your products. That was easy!

  • What are the charges of the Sell on Zasttra program?


    When choosing your store plan, consider how many products you want to list. You can list your products in all the categories available on Zasttra.

    Commission Fees

    Per-item fees

    You pay a commission for what you sell. The commission structure is shared and agreed with you at the time of registration. Zasttra charges sellers 8-18% per each product sale.

    Shipping Fees (Fulfilled Orders)


    When you fulfil orders yourself, Zasttra charges  a 5% transaction fee on the shipping amount.

  • How does shipping work?

    We have two shipping methods available. 

    These methods are 'Marketplace Free Shipping' and 'Marketplace Standard Shipping'.

    With the Marketplace Standard Shipping, you can add a price range and a fee for the different ranges and also select which provinces you are shipping to. This means shipping will be charged separately and the fee will be controlled by the seller, making your selling price more favourable.

  • Who can sell on

    If you want to expand your business through online shopping, now is the time to sell your products through the trusted Zasttra Marketplace Program from anywhere in the world.   • I don't have a website. Can I still sell on

    You don't need a website to start selling on All you would have to do is list your products on Zasttra and start selling.

  • How do I list my products on

    Once the registration process is complete our team will work closely with you to create your online catalogue. You will also be given access to online panels through which you can easily manage your listings.

  • Can I sell outside South Africa through

     No. At this time, allows shipments only within South Africa.

  • Can I cancel my subscription?

    You are free to cancel anytime.

  • If I list my products on, will the customer know that he or she is purchasing from me on

     Yes, the customer will see that the product is sold by you on the product page. We indicate on our product pages and offer listing pages that the products are sold by you.

  • What is happening with the payment of shipped orders?

    Please check on your account to see when the order was shipped. Payment is made out to your Payfast account every Thursday or Friday for the shipped item ONLY.

    There is a payment threshold of 7 days after items have been shipped and the amount should be over R1000.

  • Is there any commission charged on Shipping?

    Yes, there commission on shipping.

    Shipping commission is set at 5% of the shipping charge to cover payment gateway fees.
